Via Dolorosa has been an Entropia Universe society since the 15th of October 2004. If you become a member of Via Dolorosa, you will be part of a well respected and trustworthy society.

Via Dolorosa has no particular skill requirements, but we have a few other requirements that are important.

Requirements
We focus on participation, commitment and activity, together with your social abilities in general. We take it for granted that you have a mature personality and are self supported.
However, we don’t neglect your total skills or your knowledge of EU, since it’s important for your participation in society activities and discussions. You have to “fit in” with the rest of the members. We belive you participated in EU for 3 or more years.
We want you to have a good reputation, and that you play by the rules of EU. You are expected to always be fair, both to Via Dolorosa members and others. A few questions and answers about Via Dolorosa.

Your application
We don’t accept applications from the society terminal, as your first and only contact with us. Use the webpage Contact Via Dolorosa if you want to apply or ask questions. You can also register at our forum, and ask questions about Via Dolorosa from there. We want to know you better. We want you to explain who you are, and your goals in Entropia Universe, and why you think Via Dolorosa is the best society for you. You probably already know - or have met - some of the members of Via Dolorosa. Personal knowledge of who you are always helps us make the right decision.

The members take a vote
After the society has discussed your application, we all take a vote. The vote has to be unanimous. It might take some time to make a descion, so please be patient. If your aplication is turned down, we try to explan why, and you will have a chance to apply later when the requirements are fulfilled. If you are accepted, you will be a member of via Dolorosa, as any other member. We don't ure trial periods.

Via Dolorosa  do not normally look for members by forums/websites
Via Dolorosa does not search for new members on forums or websites. Even if we don't search for new members, we are alwyas open for new aplications. We think the best way to recruite new members are from personal knowlege in game or other similar situations. We don’t have a sub society (cadets, elite etc.) and we have no plans for such a society.
